  • Description: A Dallas tradition for nearly 50 years! Pietros first opened in 1960 on Greenville Avenue (in the space that is now The Grape) by Pietro Eustachio, his parents Salvatore and Rosalia, wife Grace, and brothers Joe and Vince. We have always been a family owned and operated restaurant. We moved to our current location on Richmond Avenue in 1972. Our food is prepared with love and care from family recipes and fresh ingredients, handed down through the generations by Chef Santo Spataro, who contributes his own dishes to our menu and weekly specials board. Our signature meat, tomato, and marinara sauces can be purchased at the restaurant for dining at home.

    • Authentic Sicilian cuisine is hard to come by in Dallas, and few restaurants have been open as long as Pietro's on Lower Greenville. For more than 45 years, Pietro Eustachio and his family members have been serving their famous meatballs, pizzas, veal and chicken dishes in their homey eatery, where everything is made from scratch. Eustachio, now 68, moved to Dallas with his parents and two brothers when he was 16.
